Ho’opili is a new master-planned and transit-ready neighborhood in West Oahu. It will spread around 1500 acres, have five schools (3 elementary, 1 middle, and 1 high school), and give approximately 12,000 additional residences to the area. For those who are unfamiliar with Ho’opili, it will be a 12,000-home development located between Ewa Beach and Kapolei in West Oahu. This area is currently known as “East Kapolei,” although it will soon have its own zip code. If you’ve been looking at properties for sale in Kapolei or Ewa Beach and aren’t sure which city Ho’opili belongs to, the answer is both! Despite the fact that it now bears the Ewa Beach zip code of 96706 rather than the Kapolei zip code of 96707. Ho’opili is located in the middle of Ewa Beach and Kapolei, right on the dividing line between these two flourishing neighborhoods. There are a variety of entertainment, dining, shopping, and beach activities just north of the recently completed Ka Makana Ali’i Mall and White Plains surfing beach, all within a short bike ride. Ho’opili owners will have priority access to three rail stations, which will provide an alternative mode of transportation to Honolulu Airport and other destinations.
