For those who are unfamiliar with Ho’opili, it will be a 12,000-home development located between Ewa Beach and Kapolei in West Oahu. This area is currently known as “East Kapolei,” although it will soon have its own zip code. If you’ve been looking at properties for sale in Kapolei or Ewa Beach and aren’t sure which city Ho’opili belongs to, the answer is both! Despite the fact that it now bears the Ewa Beach zip code of 96706 rather than the Kapolei zip code of 96707. Ho’opili is located in the middle of Ewa Beach and Kapolei, right on the dividing line between these two flourishing neighborhoods. There are a variety of entertainment, dining, shopping, and beach activities just north of the recently completed Ka Makana Ali’i Mall and White Plains surfing beach, all within a short bike ride.
