Hoopili’s newest phase of single-family homes is now available in Ewa Beach! Does the name Iliahi ring a bell? Because it replaces the departing Lehua 2 single family home phase, developer DR Horton Hawaii has opted to recycle this phase name once more. Iliahi Homes will continue to include Single Level & Split Level Floor Plans with 2-car garages, as seen in past single family house releases. We’ll see 3,500+ square foot yard areas with pre-installed irrigation systems keeping the El Toro grass nice and green. Owners will also benefit from edible landscapes thanks to the numerous fruit trees put on each lot as part of Iliahi’s “Urban Garden” idea. You may barter and trade with your neighbors!
We don’t expect Iliahi to fall short of the previous phase’s offerings, which included seven alternative floor plans, stainless steel appliance packages, luxury vinyl flooring options, split air conditioning, and smart home amenities. We’ll presumably see renovated, modern exteriors that are on par with the prior Lehua residences and/or the Olena/Aulu phases, as has been the case with the last several launches.
There are no maintenance expenses in this phase of residences, however every Ho’opili owner is levied a $65 monthly association fee. This includes the upkeep of the common areas, pools, and landscaping, among other things.
