In Ewa Beach, Hawaii, Kaikoi at Hoopili will provide brand new hawaii houses for sale, including the highly anticipated Reserved Housing Options (similar to affordable housing). Kaikoi Hoopili is expected to carry off where Hinahina left off, with high demand for each of the 10-15 house lottery releases. New facilities, such as a recreation room, BBQ stations, and a ridesharing area, are also being considered for this phase.
