Kohina in Ho’opili is envisioned as the master planned community’s eventual major entrance and gateway (between the Ewa Beach and Kapolei regions). There will be over 276 distinct houses available, with over 37 various floor plans ranging from the mid $300,000s to the high $700,000s. There will be affordable and market-rate apartments ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom townhouses, lofts, storefronts, and 1-2 vehicle garage choices, as well as affordable and market-rate units. The reintroduction of FLEX houses will also be part of this phase. Flex houses are distinctive and appealing because they allow you to live upstairs while using the lower section for a company or retail store. The site will offer an urban lifestyle in a suburban environment, as well as proximity to community facilities and a planned rail transportation stop.

As previously stated, Kohina will provide a diverse range of inexpensive and market-rate flats. Multi-story townhouses, lofts, flex apartments, storefronts, and 1 and 2 car garage choices will be available, with prices ranging from the $300,000s to the $700,000s. So far, there have been 1-2 lottery opportunities every month (typically once a month), with a range of 14-30 persons participating.
