Park Lane In Kakaako

1388 ala moana boulevard

Hawaiian inspired luxury living at its finest.

When it comes to ultra-luxury condos in Honolulu, Park Lane Ala Moana sets the standard. The apartments in Park Lane, developed by well-known local developers Kobayashi Group and MacNaughton Group, fully reflect the essence of Hawaiian beauty and lifestyle.

Park Lane is located directly adjacent to the world’s largest open-air retail center and offers easy access to world-class shopping and dining. The magnificent Honolulu coastline, Ala Moana Beach Park, and Magic Island can all be seen from your Park Lane deck.

THE UNITS

The project will include over 90 different floor plans, with apartments ranging in size from 850 square feet to 6,000 square feet for a 5-bedroom penthouse, but largely consisting of spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Most apartments will have extra-large lanais that flow seamlessly from the indoor to outdoor living rooms, with unique grills and outdoor cooking areas that vent to the outside. This project is unusual since each unit will have its own garden or private enclosed garage area. Some units will feature a private pool or spa, while others may have their own garden or private enclosed parking area.

Park Lane rents are among the highest on the entire island of Oahu in terms of price per square foot. At the time of writing, a one-bedroom property with 855 square feet is asking $7,500 per month, while a three-bedroom just rented for $20,000 per month.

At Park Lane Ala Moana, there was more leeway to develop multiple floor plans because the project’s sprawling sideways across 7 acres. Depending on the number of units per level, a typical condo project can have eight or ten different floor layouts, and those plans don’t alter much as you travel up the building (for structural engineering reasons). The developer was given more flexibility with floor plans at Park Lane because the project isn’t too vertical.
