The Park on Keeaumoku

coming to Keeaumoku Street

A spectacular combination of retail and residential space.

In the summer of 2021, The Park on Keeaumoku, a mixed-use condo project on Keeaumoku Street, will open with almost 1,000 moderately priced market and affordable housing units for sale. The 3.5-acre site, which is bordered by Rycroft and Liona streets and fronts Keeaumoku Street, will include two buildings with shared parking, a 0.5-acre park, and approximately 88,000 square feet of commercial space. With wide planted sidewalks and a wonderful mix of business space, this is one of the larger blocks on Keeaumoku Street and will drastically improve the look and feel of the neighborhood.

The Ala Moana Station’s twin-tower condominium project was approved by the Honolulu City Council, which is located within the Transit Oriented Development Zone. The approval authorizes both towers to reach 400 feet, putting them on pace with other nearby new condo projects like as Azure Ala Moana and Sky Ala Moana.

THE UNITS

The Park’s apartments will be designed in a sleek contemporary style with clean finishing. Owners will stay cool with split air conditioning systems, but on those chilly winter days, you can go outside into your private lanai and breathe in the cool trade winds. Floor-to-ceiling windows will let in plenty of light while also allowing you to enjoy the spectacular mountain and city views.

Quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and living area, and carpet in the bedrooms are included in every unit. Stainless steel appliances and modern plumbing fixtures may be found throughout.

THE AREA

The Midtown Ala Moana neighborhood is undergoing transformation. Buildings that are dilapidated and warehouses will be demolished, and contemporary residential condominiums and ground-floor commercial spaces will be built in their place. The Park on Keeaumoku will be the neighborhood’s 5th and 6th residential buildings, respectively. The Kapiolani Residence was completed in 2018, and two more developments, Azure Ala Moana and The Central Ala Moana, will be completed in 2020. Another project, Sky Ala Moana, recently broke ground and is expected to be completed in 2022.

This area is highly sought after because to its proximity to Ala Moana Center and the proposed rail transport station that will be built there.

THE AMENITIES

The Park on Keeaumoku’s facilities may be enough to persuade you to invest in the project. The two residential towers will share a single amenity deck on the 15th level above the parking structure, offering a site where the two buildings meet and generate a sense of community while also being efficient to keep maintenance expenses low. At The Park, you can expect to find the following amenities:

  • BBQ with a covered Pavilions
  • Screening Room Pool with an Infinity Edge Rooms
  • Fitness Center
  • Co-Working Space
  • Yoga Room
  • Poolside Cabanas
