The Vanguard Lofts is a mixed-use loft building with 34 residential lofts and 3,616 square feet of ground floor retail. The building was once the first used car dealership in all of Hawaii, back in 1907. In 1965, the old National Cash Register (NCR) bought it as an office and added another section, hiring renowned architect Vladimir Ossipoff.
